The idea
A photograph from Plum Village, words by Thich Nhat Hanh, and a reminder of your intention for the day.
Morning
It rests at the edge of every new tab until midnight; a gentle, recurring reminder.
Through the day
Begin a 25-minute session. A bell invites you in; for the first breaths, you simply arrive.
The bell is invited again when time is up. Take a break, then begin another whenever you're ready.
Evening
In the evening, write a few lines about how the day went.
Over time
Each day's intention and reflection gathers into a record you can return to.
Everything stays on your computer: no account, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere.

One day at a time
"Because you are alive, everything is possible."
